Description

You will build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions through custom development and platform configuration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce to extend platform functionality.
• Configure Salesforce elements including Flows, custom settings, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and platform roadmaps.
• Manage proactive system maintenance through security reviews, release updates, and health checks.
• Lead technical discussions, guide junior developers, and manage DevOps release processes.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a programmer.
• 8 years of experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flow, fields, and record types.
• Proficiency in Apex coding and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on DevOps and release management experience.
• Ability to create test cases and scripts for unit testing.
• Experience creating and reading technical system documentation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin experience.
• Omni Studio, Gearset, or Own Backup.
• Knowledge of Public Sector Solutions.
