Description

You will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software for desktop, client-server, and n-tier web environments, translating functional requirements into working code.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional business requirements and design specifications into working computer software.
• Test, debug, and refine code to meet product requirements.
• Write program-level and user-level documentation.
• Enhance existing software to improve efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot custom web-based applications while providing customer support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and relational databases like Oracle 19g.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Proficiency in Java, Visual Basic, and .NET programming languages.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and Oracle Internet Development tools.
• Knowledge of Solaris and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Working knowledge of Visual Basic Script, JavaScript, JSPs, EJBs, XML, and HTML.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and SSL for data encryption.
• Experience with Object Oriented and UML methodologies.
