Programmer/Analyst 3

You will integrate Epic Service Level Auth data structures into an existing Data Warehouse and perform the necessary research and analysis to support these integrations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Epic Service Level Auth data structures into the current Data Warehouse environment.
• Update existing and new SSIS jobs and packages to accommodate new data requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis to facilitate data integration and process improvements.
• Follow established best practices and standards, including participating in peer and code reviews.

Required Skills

• Epic Cogito Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse maintenance and development.
• Advanced proficiency in SSMS, T-SQL, and SSIS.
• Experience with Epic Caboodle and Clarity, specifically reengineering processes or interfaces to pull data directly.
• Proven ability to analyze and create detailed SQL code and optimize query performance using Microsoft tools.
• Experience implementing complex business rules involving multiple layers of processing and various output formats.
• Solid knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schema output, fact table loading, data staging, and deduplication processes.
• Experience using SSIS to manage imports from multiple file formats.
• Previous experience working within a healthcare setting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large, complex datasets, specifically Authorization/Referrals data and its relationship to Eligibility and Claims.
• Ability to support the entire DW job structure, including monitoring jobs and troubleshooting errors.
• Experience with Epic Service Level Auth data structures.
