Description

You will build Tableau reports and manage the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to visualization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau reports with dynamic grouping, drill-down, summary, and cross-tab features for deployment to report servers or SharePoint.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions for data ingestion, cleansing, and distribution using SSIS or Talend.
• Architect database structures, including relational data models, data marts, and data dictionaries.
• Manage data migration and integration from legacy systems to new platforms, including design validation and error handling.
• Optimize SSIS package execution and SQL query performance to improve data load speeds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• 5+ years of expertise with T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, or Talend.
• Experience with SQL Server, DB2, and other database management systems.
• Experience deploying SSIS packages using Git check-in, environmental variables, and SQL Agent jobs.
• Experience with Team Foundation for version control.
• Proficiency in debugging and improving query performance.
• Ability to manage file transfers via FTP/SFTP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
