Description

You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle for user interfaces and experiences.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user interfaces using established design principles.
• Lead user workshops and facilitate design sessions to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain reusable components within existing design systems.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and ADA best practices.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• 2+ years of experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• 2–3+ years of experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• 2+ years of experience leading user workshops and facilitating design sessions.
• 1+ year of experience with accessibility standards and ADA best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with UI/UX Design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with quantitative, results-driven design techniques (e.g., A/B testing).
• Working knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
