• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with UI/UX design principles.
• Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• 2+ years of experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• 2+ years of experience leading user workshops.
• Familiarity with Ada.
• Experience as a Designer.
