Description

You will lead the design and analysis of user interfaces, from workshops to implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead user workshops and facilitate design sessions to gather requirements.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for new features using industry-standard tools.
• Implement and maintain reusable components within design systems.
• Apply UI/UX principles across the product lifecycle to ensure consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• 2+ years of experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• 2+ years of experience leading user workshops.
• Familiarity with Ada.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Designer in a similar capacity.
