You will build, maintain, and evolve applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using VB as the primary language, with C++ usage.
• Support and evolve the existing web interface backed by SQL Server.
• Gather requirements from end users, clarifying business needs and validating technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the entire application stack.
• Design and architect mid-complexity application components, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of professional programming experience.
• Strong coding proficiency in VB.
• Experience with Visual Studio and SQL Server (including queries and stored procedures).
• Ability to translate user needs into precise technical requirements.
• Experience working in a multi-hat environment (coding, light architecture, support).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear and professional communication when engaging with non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing or architecting mid-complexity systems or application workflows.
• Familiarity with modernizing or refactoring legacy applications.
