You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation and surveillance systems on-site in Nashville, TN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Milestone Systems XProtect video surveillance platforms.
• Integrate and manage Niagara 4 building automation systems, including HVAC, access control, and energy monitoring.
• Deploy and support lighting control systems, covering commissioning, zoning, and scheduling.
• Design and oversee low voltage cabling installation for security, automation, and lighting.
• Maintain system documentation, wiring diagrams, and configuration records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Milestone Systems (XProtect VPS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Niagara 4 framework and Tridium-based systems.
• Strong understanding of low voltage systems, structured cabling, PoE, and device connectivity.
• Familiarity with lighting control platforms such as GE Current Daintree or Wattstopper.
• Basic networking knowledge: IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and switch configuration.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, riser diagrams, and network schematics.
• Familiarity with Bacnet and Modbus protocols.
• Project Management experience.
