Description

You will develop and maintain integrations within the SAP environment, translating functional specifications into robust business process solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations in SAP SuccessFactors based on functional specifications.
• Modify existing integrations based on feedback and address defects.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with business analysts and functional owners.
• Identify opportunities to automate code and improve data quality.
• Provide clear updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining integrations in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures.
• SAP ABAP certification.
• Technical experience with APIs, middleware, or scripting (SQL, Power Query, Python).
• Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of change control procedures for integration modifications.
