Program/Project Management Lead

Lead program management for Java fullstack projects in the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with OSS/BSS requirements and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution across multiple workstreams using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall SDLC models.
• Track progress and resolve roadblocks for teams distributed across multiple locations.
• Utilize Jira for project management, planning, and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate with client directors to manage expectations and drive project outcomes.
• Apply Telco domain knowledge (OSS/BSS) to understand technical nuances and requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of program/project management experience.
• Deep understanding of OSS/BSS in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
• Experience managing complex Java fullstack or Java Spring projects.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Client-facing skills with experience managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Direct Java development experience to better understand technical team needs.
• Familiarity with TMF 641 standards.
