Description

You will manage end-to-end program and project lifecycles, specifically focusing on M&A initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A initiatives through due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
• Ensure M&A projects align with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Apply Agile principles (Scrum/SAFe) to enhance project flexibility and delivery speed.
• Conduct risk assessments for M&A projects and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage execution processes, including budget, resource allocation, and change control.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in project/program management, with 4+ years on large IT projects.
• Proven experience managing M&A projects from start to finish.
• Extensive experience implementing Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.
• Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plans.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an enterprise setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Master’s degree.
