Description

You will oversee complex, business-critical technology projects from concept through closeout.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans defining requirements, resources, timelines, objectives, and budget.
• Manage complex, multi-phase project schedules in Microsoft Project, conducting critical path analysis and dependency tracking.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop sustainable process improvements, and create corrective action plans.
• Monitor progress against plans, escalate timeline or budget impacts, and prepare clear status updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate across all impacted areas and provide guidance to matrixed teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Expertise using Microsoft Project for complex, multi-phase project schedules with critical path analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, dashboards, automated reporting).
• Experience leading small to large-scale complex projects, specifically in technology project execution.
• Experience managing risks, issues, and delivering process improvements.
• Strong communication skills, capable of preparing clear reports and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure or cloud implementation projects.
