Description

You will lead large-scale ERP transformation programs, specifically focusing on Oracle Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ERP programs from inception through delivery.
• Lead project teams consisting of both onshore and offshore ERP resources.
• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and maintain program governance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Information Technology experience with Oracle or other Tier 1 ERP applications.
• 8+ years of experience delivering and managing complex ERP programs.
• 5+ years of experience managing onshore and offshore project teams.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud or Tier 1 ERP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Practical experience using MS Projects and Jira.
• Competency with MS Technologies and various project management applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
