Description

Manage complex projects and cross-functional teams within large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own project lifecycles including schedule, budget, scope, change control, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate with product owners and technical teams to ensure business requirements are clear and deliverables are met.
• Manage resource estimation for analysts, programmers, and consultants while supervising technical staff and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, budget tracking, and regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Assess system approaches for economic feasibility and technical workability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience in large enterprise or matrix-managed environments.
• Experience with Agile methodology and standardized processes including SDLC, RUP, PMI, CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma, or ITIL.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Clarity, MS Project, MS Office, and Visio.
• Technical familiarity with Java, MS SQL, Mongo, Dynamo DB, Redis, and ELK.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical teams and senior management.
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive domain experience.
• Knowledge of Golang, gRPC, and IoT.
