Description

You will manage the implementation of third-party contract projects, including case management and tow contract software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project schedules by collaborating with vendors and subject matter experts.
• Coordinate with vendors and SMEs to ensure tasks are completed and projects remain on schedule.
• Prepare memos and present project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Track project goals, budgets, and audit recommendations to ensure objectives are met.
• Identify project challenges, implement timely solutions, and assist in staff training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of directly-related project management experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, requirement gathering, budgets, implementation, and go-live phases.
• Proven ability to manage data migration and develop automation rules.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departmental teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of administrative controls over funds, contracts, and procurements.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field.
