Description

Lead and manage IT and security programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of IT and security projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and product development.
• Define and track security metrics and performance indicators, including vulnerability, incident, and change management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to manage customer-driven IT and security requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of enterprise-class information technology and security vulnerability management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing small to medium-sized teams.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, and security fundamentals.
• Experience evaluating, designing, testing, and supporting hardware and software-based security.
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning, risk assessment, and mitigation best practices.
• Ability to monitor cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of information security and network communications practices, technologies, and systems.
