Description

Manage large-scale IT programs and drive operational maturity across global, multi-vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-to-large IT projects exceeding $2M in revenue or 20+ team members.
• Execute operational tasks including monitoring, analysis, reporting, and rapid issue resolution.
• Drive technical and business metrics, infrastructure consistency, and service maturity across all providers.
• Coordinate complex workflows across multiple geographies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Design flow diagrams to create operational views of system functionality and ensure service continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of experience reporting status directly to C-suite executives.
• Proven track record managing projects with $2M+ revenue or 20+ person teams.
• Technical acumen in AWS, APIs, Web-services, and Java/J2EE.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP), PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in AMS support and increasing service delivery maturity.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and API specifications.
• Expertise in DevOps principles and supporting operations automation.
• Ability to manage complex global ecosystems with multiple vendors and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of automotive domain experience, specifically in connected or autonomous vehicles.
• AWS Cloud certification.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
