Description

You will provide program and project support by updating implementation plans, reconciling budgets, and coordinating deliverables within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Update project plans including scope, objectives, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and success criteria.
• Create meeting agendas, maintain minutes, and track action items through completion.
• Develop status reports, dashboards, and gating documents to ensure stakeholder visibility.
• Manage issues by troubleshooting problem areas and escalating critical risks for resolution.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, IT Directors, and vendors to ensure adherence to enterprise project management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination, including planning and activity tracking.
• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated team coordination role.
• 5+ years of experience authoring and presenting formal project status reports.
• Proficiency with Google Suite of applications and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Visio or Draw IO and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to quickly learn new planning, tracking, and reporting tools.
• Strong research skills using the internet and other digital tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying ITSM and SDLC management concepts, including ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Experience using dedicated project management software.
