Description

You will manage project administration activities from construction kick-off through completion, coordinating between clients, General Contractors, and the Engineer of Record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project document control system using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, performing regular quality checks for accuracy.
• Process RFIs, submittals, quotes, change orders, and project-specific plans.
• Track and log submissions from General Contractors to ensure timely responses and manage project deliverables.
• Reconcile Bills of Lading with approved quotes to log equipment deliveries and identify discrepancies.
• Organize project meetings, record detailed minutes, and track action items using Microsoft Planner.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in construction or subcontract management.
• Proven expertise in document control and file management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner, Word, OneNote, and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint for file management and team navigation.
• Strong background in construction management processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Ability to manage a Meeting Register and track cross-functional action items.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Construction Management.
