Description

Manage day-to-day operations for the CJIS Personnel Security background screening process in West Valley City, UT.

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing documentation workflows and maintain secure records for sensitive PII.
• Perform accurate data entry for employee profiles, background screening approvals, and client accounting systems.
• Execute fingerprinting tasks using Livescan machines or paper fingerprint cards.
• Validate photographic ID cards to ensure compliance with FBI and state identification standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to facilitate CJIS audits and project staffing reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in administrative or project support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Strong data entry accuracy with ability to manage high-volume workloads under strict timelines.
• Experience handling confidential PII and sensitive background information.
• Ability to learn and operate specialized software for electronic fingerprint submissions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for customer and supervisor follow-ups.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CJIS Security Policy and public safety offerings.
• Experience with CJIS Manager software or CABEM.
