Description

You will manage end-to-end project coordination and financial tracking for assigned projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and dashboards for progress, costs, and risks.
• Assist in budget planning, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for leadership review.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project coordination, finance operations, or project accounting.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Financials, or Workday.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with internal financial policies and client contract terms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in IT services or consulting environments.
• Understanding of T&M or Fixed Bid billing structures.
