Description

You will coordinate the logistics and deployment of IT equipment, low voltage wiring, and in-store network systems across North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment of IT equipment, including POS devices, telephone systems, IP cameras, and sound systems.
• Maintain project schedules, issue logs, and documentation for internal partners and third-party vendors.
• Report on project status, success metrics, and budget or risk-related scope changes to management.
• Resolve incident tickets and perform remote troubleshooting before escalating to vendors.
• Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles to support IT services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with heavy use of Excel.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Ability to manage third-party vendor relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting and incident management.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and corporate standards.
• Experience maintaining detailed project documentation and meeting minutes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow.
