Description

You coordinate project dependencies and status reporting within cross-functional Scrum of Scrum environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate status updates between teams during Scrum of Scrum meetings.
• Track project dependencies, report status, and follow up on items through to closure.
• Identify and report risks or issues related to dependencies to secure necessary support.
• Produce reports, content, and analysis for stakeholders using Jira, Excel, and Tableau.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing Scrum teams at a junior level.
• Proficiency in accessing and analyzing data within Jira, Excel, and Tableau.
• Strong communication and articulation skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems within a team environment.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a SAFe Agile or Scrum environment.
• Domain knowledge in life insurance or insurance purchasing.
