Description

You will drive project execution and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and legal disciplines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, directing internal and external service groups including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Establish stakeholder communication structures, preparing and delivering status reports and project updates.
• Champion project planning by defining scope, estimating effort, and establishing cost controls across the lifecycle.
• Ensure all aspects of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety are addressed during project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, specifically in Electrical Transmission.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (or 2+ years of relevant experience without a degree).
• Proficiency in Risk Management, decision-making, and complex problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating with Supply Chain, Legal, EHS, and QA/QC processes.
• Familiarity with Scheduling and cost controls methodologies.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using collaboration platforms like SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Construction management knowledge.
