Description

You will support the IT Supply Chain team by analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor supply chain processes using ServiceNow to identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and create project plans in Atlassian Jira.
• Manage workflows and track project progress using Jira Kanban boards.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for process optimization.
• Develop project documentation including user stories, requirements, and process flows.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Analyst or similar role focusing on supply chain processes.
• Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira for Agile project management and Kanban boards.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Detailed knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in using ServiceNow for managing requests and tickets.
