Description

Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and migration projects from inception through support. Manage project tracking, reporting, and budget oversight for engagements exceeding $5M.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client projects focusing on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and migration.
• Coordinate with service delivery, cross-functional, and business teams in complex environments.
• Oversee change management and release schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 1-2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials or Supply Chain implementations as a Project Lead or Manager.
• 3 to 5 years of technical experience developing and delivering Oracle ERP/Cloud Financials or Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Experience managing Oracle ERP projects with budgets of $5M or more.
• Proficiency in delivering SDLC projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration within Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong command of project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Change Management.
