Description

You will manage technical and non-technical projects focused on HR technology and SaaS integrations in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver complex technical project plans involving cross-functional interdependencies.
• Consult and guide stakeholders through the full project planning and execution lifecycle.
• Identify issues and dependencies proactively to resolve problems before they impact delivery.
• Manage status reporting, cost tracking, and the creation of executive summaries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience managing technical projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage SaaS tools and integrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with cost tracking and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to travel to Cincinnati, OH as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday, ADP, payroll systems, or benefits systems.
• Familiarity with SABA learning systems.
