You drive efficient creative workflows for an in-house agency, ensuring quality creative delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end creative workflows, covering intake, briefing, review, and approvals.
• Oversee creative projects from intake through delivery, managing timelines, priorities, and risks.
• Partner with marketing, brand, digital, and channel teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Manage resource planning, capacity, and utilization across creative teams.
• Implement and optimize project management tools, reporting, and operational dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or agency/in-house creative environments.
• Strong expertise in workflow design, process improvement, and resource management.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
