Description

You will manage complex finance projects related to Mergers & Acquisitions, specifically owning the end-to-end execution of the Post-Sign Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) process.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of the Post-Sign Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) process.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external valuation specialists.
• Engage immediately upon deal signing to establish a detailed project plan with buffer time before closing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of working experience in finance and project management.
• Strong expertise in Valuation and M&A processes.
• Proven experience in PPA execution.
• Background as a Project Manager and Program Manager.
• Finance Manager expertise with a focus on transaction support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder financial projects.
