Description

Lead architectural projects from preliminary design through execution while managing client relationships and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Construct preliminary layouts and drawings using sketches, field investigation data, and mark-up drawings.
• Research existing conditions through fieldwork, records, or other sources.
• Prepare sketches of wall sections and details for working drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to meet schedule deadlines and project budgets.
• Perform facility condition assessments and publish evaluation reports to clients.

Required Skills

• 7–15 years of experience in architectural design and leading teams.
• Professional Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical articulation.
• Proven organizational and time management skills for executing critical deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification.
• Experience with Revit and SketchUp.
