Description

Manage architectural projects from conception through execution, overseeing personnel, budgets, and client relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct preliminary layouts and drawings using sketches, field investigation data, and designer mark-ups.
• Research existing conditions through fieldwork, records, and other source investigations.
• Prepare technical sketches of wall sections and details for use in working drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Perform facility condition assessments and publish evaluation reports for clients.

Required Skills

• 7–15 years of experience in architectural design and leading teams.
• Registered Architect license.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and time management skills for meeting critical deadlines.
