Description

You will lead architectural design development, construction documentation, and contract administration for municipal projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through early municipal planning and design phases.
• Develop and coordinate detailed contract documents and building systems.
• Perform thorough document checking and quality assurance.
• Produce construction drawings and oversee contract administration.

Required Skills

• Professional diploma in architecture with OAQ or OAA membership.
• 10+ years of experience in design development and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for technical drawing and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, detailing, and municipal planning processes.
• Ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp for visualization.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
