Description

You will lead project execution from concept through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and conduct client meetings.
• Develop construction documents and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and consultants to integrate expertise.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for all project issues.
• Contribute across all project phases including feasibility, design development, construction documentation, and administration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience preparing full construction documents, including interior fit-outs.
• Knowledge of International Building Code and Handicap Adaptability.
• Experience with Renovations/Conversions and Multifamily Residential projects.
• Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, and methods.
• Fluent in English with effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Licensed Architect status.
