You will provide administrative and office support to facilitate company project workflows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project files, email boxes, and tracking systems to ensure accurate document control and data entry.
- Track project progress, manage specs and changes, and produce monthly reports.
- Record minutes from Project Manager meetings and facilitate information research.
- Coordinate office logistics including travel arrangements, meeting room reservations, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle communications by answering phones, sorting mail, and preparing memos and correspondence.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in administrative or project support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Experience using Microsoft Access for data storage and retrieval.
- Strong data entry and document management capabilities.
- Effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
- High level of organizational skills for managing department calendars and rosters.
- Analytical skills for tracking projects and producing reports.
- Ability to manage memos, correspondence, and outgoing mailings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional Microsoft Office Suite tools beyond PowerPoint and Access.
