Description

You will provide administrative and office support to facilitate company project workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project files, email boxes, and tracking systems to ensure accurate document control and data entry.
  • Track project progress, manage specs and changes, and produce monthly reports.
  • Record minutes from Project Manager meetings and facilitate information research.
  • Coordinate office logistics including travel arrangements, meeting room reservations, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle communications by answering phones, sorting mail, and preparing memos and correspondence.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in administrative or project support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Access for data storage and retrieval.
  • Strong data entry and document management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
  • High level of organizational skills for managing department calendars and rosters.
  • Analytical skills for tracking projects and producing reports.
  • Ability to manage memos, correspondence, and outgoing mailings.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional Microsoft Office Suite tools beyond PowerPoint and Access.
