Description

You will manage enterprise change control processes to ensure all modifications are handled in a controlled manner with minimal operational disruption.

Responsibilities

• Direct Request for Changes (RFC) following established procedures to protect Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) integrity.
• Review RFC submissions for completeness, including risk impact, timing, implementation, validation, back-out plans, and resourcing.
• Prepare and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, including agenda setting, reporting, and documenting follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with module vendors to document sizing, timing, and pricing requirements.
• Manage post-implementation reviews and maintain RFC statuses through to closure.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Change Manager.
• Expert proficiency in MS Project.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage enterprise-level change control programs and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
