Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle for mobile applications, websites, and custom software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Execute projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on specific requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to ensure delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain communication with clients and third-party vendors.
• Implement quality control processes and conduct reviews to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology or software development environment.
• Proven experience delivering mobile apps, websites, and custom software projects.
• Deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Ability to manage resources and resolve conflicts within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong decision-making skills in complex or high-pressure situations.
