You will manage project controls functions across the lifecycle of complex engineering and construction projects.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a logic-linked, resource-aware master schedule in MS Project covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
Support cost control by tracking budgets, commitments, forecasts, and contingencies in Excel, and deliver monthly cost and schedule reports.
Run change control processes, quantifying schedule and cost impacts with auditable logs.
Collect, clean, and reconcile data from internal teams and vendors, including RFIs, equipment lists, and shipment readiness documentation.
Coordinate handoffs across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Logistics, surfacing and resolving interface risks.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Project Controls management.
Expert proficiency in MS Project for master schedule development and maintenance.
Advanced skills in cost control using Excel, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Demonstrated ability to manage baseline setting and change control processes.
Experience collecting and reconciling complex project data from multiple internal and external sources.
Strong analytical rigor and systems thinking for interface management.
Experience maintaining risk and issue registers and driving mitigation plans.
Familiarity with construction/project phases (EPC, Commissioning, Logistics).
Ability to lead schedule reviews and challenge progress claims with vendors.
