Description

You will manage project controls functions across the lifecycle of complex engineering and construction projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a logic-linked, resource-aware master schedule in MS Project covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
• Support cost control by tracking budgets, commitments, forecasts, and contingencies in Excel, and deliver monthly cost and schedule reports.
• Run change control processes, quantifying schedule and cost impacts with auditable logs.
• Collect, clean, and reconcile data from internal teams and vendors, including RFIs, equipment lists, and shipment readiness documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Logistics, surfacing and resolving interface risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Controls management.
• Expert proficiency in MS Project for master schedule development and maintenance.
• Advanced skills in cost control using Excel, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage baseline setting and change control processes.
• Experience collecting and reconciling complex project data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Strong analytical rigor and systems thinking for interface management.
• Experience maintaining risk and issue registers and driving mitigation plans.
• Familiarity with construction/project phases (EPC, Commissioning, Logistics).
• Ability to lead schedule reviews and challenge progress claims with vendors.
