Description

You will manage project schedules and provide technical support for planning systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline support for the Microsoft Project Enterprise system across all organizational levels.
• Assist Project Managers with the construction and upkeep of Development Project Schedules.
• Manage weekly timesheet project assignments for users.
• Synchronize MS Project and SAP through manual updates.
• Generate reports on project cost and status as requested.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project control or planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Enterprise system.
• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Ability to champion department policies to all users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
