Description
You will lead business improvement initiatives and oversee project control systems across various construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business practices and operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Oversee the project control team and monitor project control systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation of Lean and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain engineered labor standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor operations managers and direct reports in process change and leadership.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project Controls or Construction Management.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- 3+ years of functional experience in project controls.
- Expertise in cost planning, estimating, cost management, and scheduling.
- Experience in project administration within the construction field.
- Proficiency in Lean methodologies and business improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
