Description

You will lead project controls and scheduling for substation and converter station construction within a large-scale energy transformation project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls scheduling efforts, including plan and schedule preparation.
• Facilitate project forecasts and advise the project team on matters affecting execution.
• Apply key cost control processes and ensure systems are in place to track work status.
• Integrate constructability into the planning process to identify issues proactively.
• Interface with management to identify and resolve project execution risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project controls and planning/scheduling.
• Expertise in earned value management and schedule development.
• Proven ability to lead project control functions and influence internal and external clients.
• Experience performing field project assignments and providing guidance to junior personnel.
• Any Graduate degree.
