Description

You will support project management for the Health Information Technology team by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of specific tasks.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to maintain alignment.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, document notes, and follow up on action items.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in project coordination on large, complex IT projects.
• Proficiency in MS 365 and MS Project.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical healthcare and electronic health record systems.
• PMP certification.
