Description

You will organize and track work tasks for the Security Architecture team, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and organize project work ranging from simple activities to complex plans.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to achieve specific goals and objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and perform necessary administrative duties.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Experience working within VITA SCRM.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple project tracks.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with occasional onsite presence in Boulder for meetings.
• Must be able to come onsite to collect hardware.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
