You will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of technical projects to ensure objectives and commitments are met.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables through stakeholder collaboration.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines while managing resource allocation and dependencies.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and departments to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress against quality standards and track expenses against budgets.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordinator role.
• Proven ability to lead software development projects.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Open Project.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage competing demands.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with both IT and executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and build collaborative teams.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
