Project Coordinator

You will manage logistics and test sample lifecycles for a device manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample demand planning, inventory, and distribution logistics.
• Oversee test sample management, including software upgrades on devices and shipping to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project alignment and workflow continuity.
• Handle technical documentation and bug creation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience managing logistics and inventory for hardware or OEM environments.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and bug tracking.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLX for dashboard development.
• Understanding of wireless technologies including GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G.
