Description

You will manage the IT Governance project intake process and coordinate project activities. You will own the release pipeline for governance approvals and ensure accurate status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT project activities, including onboarding new projects and managing updates.
• Organize and manage Governance Board meetings, including PRB, ARB, and Steering Committees.
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, document project logs, and identify technical issues.
• Maintain project documentation across all phases and assist with design and change order management.
• Review contract requirements, process invoices, and prepare final project reports and handovers.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar project coordination role.
• Entry-level knowledge of project management practices.
• Entry-level knowledge of MS Project Professional.
• Entry-level knowledge of SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage diverse workloads and track multiple work activities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to direct and lead the work of others.
• High accountability for meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT Governance frameworks.
