Description

You will coordinate special education service implementation between state agencies and local school systems, ensuring appropriate Individualised Education Programs (IEP) are developed and executed.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between MSDE, DEI/SES, and the Center for Jewish Education.
• Develop working relationships with Baltimore City and County Public Schools.
• Ensure students receive appropriate special education and related services.
• Prepare reports and manage data using Microsoft Office and database tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with students with disabilities in a local school system or public agency.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Orthodox Jewish customs and cultural competencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report preparation.
• Experience with Microsoft Access or similar database management.
• Knowledge of MSDE and DEI/SES protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
