Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Medical Affairs materials to ensure high-quality, compliant documentation for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and manage periodic reviews for various medical tactics including slide updates, manuscripts, newsletters, and educational materials.
• Shepherd projects through their entire lifecycle from initial kick-off through to withdrawal.
• Manage and refine cross-functional review processes using Veeva Vault MedComms (VVMC).
• Monitor deliverable quality and timelines to ensure sufficient time for affiliate localization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for material submission, tracking, follow-up, and platform support.
• Verify submission accuracy, completeness, and the inclusion of all necessary supporting documentation.
• Assign tasks to appropriate reviewers and secure all required functional inputs for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project or process coordination.
• Experience with Veeva Vault or Veeva Vault MedComms (VVMC).
• Proficiency in project and content management tools such as Wrike.
• Ability to design, develop, and edit medical tactics and content.
• Knowledge of MQAD (Medical Questions Analysis Document) processes.
• Experience managing web sites and digital content.
• Strong understanding of content review and approval workflows.
• Ability to apply complex business rules and regulatory requirements to project execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Global Medical Affairs or pharmaceutical environments.
