Description

You will provide project support for IT application deployments including Omnicell Anesthesia Workstations, Vocera Communication Systems, and Patient Bedside Entertainment Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets by processing purchase orders, invoicing work streams, reconciling timesheets, and updating monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate weekly project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and tracking action items.
• Maintain project documentation on SharePoint and update monthly status reports and steering committee presentations.
• Support go-live activities by managing issue logs, tracking daily statistics, and creating support schedules.
• Provide on-site support within the Go-live Command Centre to manage support phone lines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project coordination experience.
• Budget analysis and financial tracking.
• Project documentation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with PowerPoint for steering committee reporting.
• Ability to manage complex meeting schedules and agendas.
• Experience managing go-live issue logs and support schedules.
• Any graduate degree.
