Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Release Management or related fields.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Strong command of MS Office tools, including Projects, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder updates.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail when handling multiple concurrent tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks in software deployment.
